My husbands sister developed arthritis in her youth. She has had many surgeries on her joints and hips over the last 30 years. She feels that a lot of things played a roll in the development such as poor foods and vaccinations.In my own opinion, I feel that not only do vaccinations cause arthritis but they may also lead to Alzheimer's Disease.
I know during this season, people are worried about the H1N1 flu. I am worried too. My family has yet to receive the flu shot. We are doing everything we can to stay healthy so that we can naturally fight the disease off. We will not be getting the shots. I feel that it is too dangerous for our bodies in the long run. Especially for me, since my dad has Alzheimer's Disease and it is passed down to my family.
What is your opinion on the vaccination? Is is safe?

I'm definitely against getting shots. I've never got any flu shots and never will. There's too much unknown about the long term effects. Especially with this H1N1 shot - it seems it was developed overnight!
I've heard that the vaccine contains high doses of mercury. And mercury has a definite link with Alzheimer's so I agree with you.
We aren't getting it either. We are just trying to keep Pat as healthy as we can.
With just a little bit of "googling", I found out that thimerosal ( a preservative in vaccinations) contains mercury. However, single-dose and nasal vaccinations for H1N1 do not contain thimerosal or mercury.
Speaking of Vaccinations--
I was getting Allergy shots once a week for a period of 1 year (they slowing increased the dose)--
Well my head starting hurting the day after (I should have stopped them and never started them)..I kept telling the nurse about my head, but she encouraged me to keep going (well then I was out in the hot sun-and I thought I had a stroke)--I heard a loud POP in my head, now they say I have brain atrophy (it could of been stress)-it could have been playing with the immune system (now I have triggered a hereditary condition)
Why--I am so sad--and feel I am going into dementia--I blame the Allergy shots (So be careful when playing with the IMMUNE System)
Today--2 years after event, I am fighting severe popping sounds and severe depression---and I know I am going into Dementia
